The Mass Mixer is designed for uniformly mixing of dry and wet material and is especially suitable for powders of pharmaceuticals, food, herbs, agrochemicals & chemicals. The mass mixer consists of a rigid fabricated structure motor, gear box, mixing drum, stirrer and tilting device. A specially designed self-adjusting sealing arrangement of unique design is provided to ensure that no black particle enters into the mixing drum. The tilting device is provided to make easy the unloading of the material and easy cleaning of the mixing drum. All contact parts are made from stainless steel in compliance with cGMP guidelines. Product Details:

The working principles of tablet coating machines are relatively simple. Tablet coating machines work by applying coating ingredients in the form of a solution to a group of tablets in a bed that may move horizontally or vertically. A concurrent flow of heated air facilitates evaporation of the solvents.

The conventional tablet coating pan is specially designed in 30”, 36”, 42”, 48”, 60” or 72” size SS pans. The coating pan is totally enclosed with MS cladding with a standard gearbox, motor, and hot air blowing arrangement. The machine is designed with MS fabricated structure, and all arrangements – except electric control, air filter and SS Pan are inside the enclosure, which makes a simple cleanable outside covering. Machine is mounted on dyna mounts, which avoids the foundation.
30”, 36”, 42” or 48” coating machine has a variable speed drive and hot air blowing system is built in the machine.
60” or 72” coating machine has two speeds with step pulley without hot air blowing system. A suitable hot air blowing system can be supplied separately on demand.
