Shampoo Manufacturing Plant:

General:
  • Shampoos are typically viscous liquids, either clear or opaque (pearlised), containing 20–40% solids, adjusted to approximately pH 5.5. Most, but not all, have viscosities in the ratio of 500–1500 centipoises. A hair shampoo may be defined as a detergent specifically formulated for the washing of hair, and packaged in a user-convenient form. Typically, a shampoo must clean well, rinse easily, impart gloss to the hair, minimize tangle and not damage the hair structure, or the scalp or the eyes.

The Range of Our Supply :
  • Main Shampoo Manufacturing Vessel, Manufacturing vessel is cylindrical vessels with dished bottom vessels. Top of the vessel is also dished end welded. Agitator assembly in the manufacturing vessel., slow speed Anchor agitator is provided in the manufacturing vessel. However for best results contra rotating or semi contra rotating agitators are normally preferred by most of the manufacturers for excellent quality of the shampoo produced. CIP turbo disk is provided at the top of the vessel for cleaning. Suitable nozzles, manholes, valves etc are provided on the vessel. Vessel can also be provided with jacket which can be used for both heating and cooling if required by the client. Manufacturing vessel can be subjected to full vacuum.

Premixing Vessel:
  • Premixing vessel is cylindrical vessels with dished bottom vessels. Top of the vessel is also dished end welded or can be provided with loose lid too. Agitator assembly in the premix vessel. Is high speed cowl/ saw cutter type agitator. In some cases high speed homogenizer are also provided. CIP turbo disk is provided at the top of the vessel for cleaning. Suitable nozzles, manholes, valves etc are provided on the vessel. Vessel is provided with jacket for heating. Jacket can be steam heated or electrically heated as per client’s requirement. Suitable insulation and cladding is provided on the jacket. There is no need for any vacuum in this vessel. Normally the capacity of this vessel is 60 % the capacity of the main manufacturing vessel. Premix vessels can be 1 no or 2 nos as per the clients requirements and formulae of the shampoo.

Storage Vessel:
  • Storage vessel is simple vessel used to store shampoos. It is cylindrical type of vessel with dished bottom, loose top lid. Bottom valve is provided with din fittings to facilitate the pipeline connection. Its capacity is the same as the manufacturing vessel. Normally storage tanks are more in number so that different types of shampoos can be manufactured and stored. Filling is then done as per the requirement & market demands.

SLES / Surfactants Storage Vessel:
  • In manufacturing of shampoos the SLES/ surfactants form a major ingredients. Hence it has to be stored in large quantities. Also if drums of 200 kgs are bought it will turn expensive for the manufacturers. Hence most of the manufacturers but one entire tanker of surfactants and store the same. Normally one weeks/ months usage of surfactants are normally kept stored to ensure continuous production. Hence the capacity of this storage tank will be taking into consideration of the storage requirements of the client. This tanks are vertical tanks with big heights with flat bottom. Top is also closed with suitable manhole and nozzles for effective loading into the vessel through pumps. Similarly outlet is also provided at the bottom where the surfactants are transferred from the storage vessel into the manufacturing vessel or premix vessel through pumps.

Vibro Sifter is also known as vibrating sieve, machine consists of a vibrating motor and a circular pre tensioned screen mounted on a frame. It is a circular unitary gyratory screen that are widely used for various applications such as the separate mass composition of solids from solids, liquid from solid and for gradation of materials as per particle size.

Rapid Mixer Granulator:
Rapid Mixer Granulator is designed for mixing the ingredients and wet granulation for tablet manufacturing process. This efficient machine achieves it by consistent mixing, uniformity of granule size and reducing process time. Rapid mixer granulator is compliance to cGMP norms and maintains high standards of hygiene.

Fluid Bed Dryer: 
Fluid Bed Dryers are designed to Uniform drying of the material at low temperature. Fluid Bed Dryers are made of Stainless Steel 304/316 with GMP standards. The complete unit is supplied with Suitable motor, blower, filters, filter bag, control panel.

Multi Mill:
Multi Mill is used for high-speed Granulating, Pulverizing, Mixing, Shredding and Chopping etc. of a wide range of wet and dry materials without special attachments. Better Mixing and closed control of granule size leads to faster tableting speeds with improved quality and least rejections.

Blender/Powder Mixer:
Octagonal blender is an efficient and versatile blending machine for mixing and lubrication process of dry granules homogeneously. The Machine offers great flexibility of operations as well as easy cleaning and maintenance. Two third of the volume of the cone blender is filled to ensure proper mixing.

Tablet Press Machine:
Rotary Tablet Press Machine is designed to cater to small to medium batch production. All contact part made of SS 316 Steel. Tablet Machine available in different tooling “D”, “B”, “BB”. Machine available in small to high scale production. We designed Single Rotary tablet Compression as well as double rotary tablet compression machine.

Blister Packing Machine:
Automatic Blister packing machine utilize for packaging of the tablet, capsule in a blister pack. Machine is ergonomic used for both the Cold Forming (ALU/ALU) and Thermo Forming (PVC/ALU) blister packs. The construction of the complete system is done in a way that allows for plant to be easily handled by single operator, thus saving on man- power costs. Further, the system also comes with limpet coils for desired heating and cooling support.

Working Platform:
  • This system consists of a closed-circuit manufacturing facility from feeding of Sugar / Water Phase to loading the Liquid

Filling Machine:

  • The Sugar and Water, are load with vacuum system or by mechanical system or manually.
  • Sugar syrup and manufacturing vessels are provided with limpet coils for heating and cooling, designed for internal vacuum to facilitate transfer of sugar directly from stores to sugar syrup vessel (In bigger size model).
  • Sugar syrup is transferred to manufacturing vessel through online sugar syrup prefilter by vacuum by vacuum or by transfer pump.
  • The product during emulsion formation is recalculated through In-Line Homogenizer or Liquid Transfer Pump. (Optional Facility)
  • The Pump also discharges the product in the Storage Vessel.
  • The Storage Vessel is then taken to the filling area (if it is small capacity) and is connected to again Liquid Transfer
  • The advantage of the bottom propeller agitator over the convectional agitators there are no vibrations of shaft, no coupling in the drive assembly, leading to lower maintenance cost
  • Pump or Storage Vessel remains fixed (In bigger size) & pump transfer the Liquids in the float tank which is connected with filling machine.
  • Entry of all propeller agitations are from bottom through a specially designed mechanical seal face

  • The oral liquid manufacturing plant is designed to be operated by one operator and one helper, saving on precious man- power cost.
  • All material transfers are done by vacuum or by transfer pumps.
  • All the vessels are CGMP (paint free construction)
  • The gaskets used are of silicon (food grade).
  • The entry of stirrer & high-speed emulsifier is from top. In-line Emulsifier (as per customer choice) provided on demand.
  • All pipes, pipe fittings and valves are of SS304 / SS316 (as per customer requirement) seamless quality, internally

  • The product during emulsion formation is recalculated through In-Line Homogenizer or Liquid Transfer Pump. (Optional Facility)
  • The Pump also discharges the product in the Storage Vessel.
  • The Storage Vessel is then taken to the filling area (if it is small capacity) and is connected to again Liquid Transfer
  • The advantage of the bottom propeller agitator over the convectional agitators there are no vibrations of shaft, no coupling in the drive assembly, leading to lower maintenance cost
  • Pump or Storage Vessel remains fixed (In bigger size) & pump transfer the Liquids in the float tank which is connected with filling machine.
  • Entry of all propeller agitations are from bottom through a specially designed mechanical seal face

We are manufacturing Vessels in Mild Steel/Stainless Steel depending on customer requirements. The Fabrication is as per TEMA/ASME SEC VIII Div 2 standard. The Vessels are supplied in Vertical/Horizontal with dish end Top & Bottom (if Top is open type plain lid is provided) conical Bottom, Vessel is mounted on Legs or Lugs joints either Electric arc welded or argon arc welded. In case of MS Red oxide coat with epoxy painting or rubber lining in S.S. argon arc welded with smooth finish Mirror polish contact parts outside dull finished.
