Semi-Automatic Capsule Filler has a very simple setup. The capsules are loaded into one hopper. This hopper can take any size from 00 to 5. The powders are then loaded into a separate hopper. This is a corkscrew driven hopper, which allows a constant fill throughout each capsule. The operator then uses the vacuum sucker to individually sort out and fill the capsules into the loading rings. Loading Rings can be made from 00 to 5 sizes. The operator then uses the vacuum to separate the capsules.

The Sterilizing Tunnel Machine is used to sterilize vials. All the working of the Vial Sterilizing Tunnel is managed by a PLC system. The machine receives the vials from the washer and sent to the drying zone and from here to the hot zone where they are sterilized by heating and then are sent to the cold zone for cooling the materials.

Vial Filling and Rubber Stoppering Machine:
Injection Vial Liquid Filling & Rubber Stoppering Machine is suitable for Round Vials with maximum speed of 250 Vials per minute depending on nature of Liquids, Vial Neck Size, Fill Volume and Rubber Stopper size. Machine construction in fully Stainless-Steel finish including machine frame structure. All parts coming in contact with Liquids and Rubber Stoppers are made from SS 316 Materials.

Vial Cap Sealing Machine:
Automatic Vial cap Sealing Machine is suitable for flip-off cap sealing of injectable glass vials. Machine with unique single roller sealing system ensures perfect sealing of vials with lower setting time.
