Linear Bottle Washing Machines have the ability to wash bottles up to 10ml to 200ml measurements. Machine is most ideal for Round Bottles as well as flat shaped glass, PET, Plastic bottles and wide application in pharmaceuticals, food & beverages industries. Machine construction in fully stainless-steel finish including machine frame structure. All parts coming in contact with washing zone and jets are made from SS316. Intermittent handling of containers ensures the maximum time for washing and also saves the water through intermittent washing system and machine spray water once the nozzle start entering the bottle neck. Machine also offers various customised options for washing sequence as per customer’s requirements.

Rotary bottle washing machine is compact and highly efficient machine with elegant look. This multifunctional multi featured machine meets the GMP requirements of washing for glass and plastic bottles. The machine operates on the rotary principle with "GENEVA" mechanism and requires manual loading and unloading of bottles.
The bottles are loaded on the subsequent indexing part of rotating platform and are cleaned in series of operations. Specially designed bottle holders provided to hold bottles with neck diameter. The bottles are placed in an inverted position in these cup shaped holders. Spraying showers does the external cleaning of the bottles. Solenoid valves are provided to enable the regulation of wash timings, it also spraying water when bottle are stopped means ensure saving of water, and sequence of various washing media to suit specific requirement

LI-RBW model is suitable to wash various types of Bottles ranging from 15 ml to 1000 ml size with maximum speed of 100 bottles per minute. Machine construction is in Stainless Steel finish including frame structure. All parts used in contact with washing zone and Jets are made from stainless steel 316 Material. Intermittent handling of Bottles ensures the maximum time for washing. Machine also offers various customised options for washing sequence as per customers requirements. Washing process takes place with Four different Washing Zones for optimum washing. Machine also equipped with external washing of Bottles. We can also customise the machine to suits special type of bottle or size and also washing sequence. We have also another lower capacity Model LI-RBW 64 with speed of 60 bottles per minute for lower speed requirement and also require small area compare to LI-RBW 100.

High Speed Tunel Type Bottle Washing Machine is most ideal for Round Bottles and finds wide application in pharma, food & beverages industries. The automatic loading arrangement facilities loading of bottles on to SS wire mesh conveyor through feed conveyor or bottles are pushed manually from feed table. This saves manpower as bottles are feed into pockets automatically. The automatic unloading mechanism consists of unloading bottle continues on to turn table (Optional).
